Whole Foods Adds Drop Bars to Carts
Lap #3

Do you ever find yourself eating food? If so, you won’t want to miss this week’s newest product!
You deserve more ARRO in your life!

Whole Foods x Cycling
Your grocery trips just got a whole lot shorter. Whole Foods engineers are cutting shopping times with drop bar carts in select stores.
Responding to shopper complaints of wrist pain and long lines, Amazon’s grocery store took a page out of cycling’s book. Drop bar carts put pushers in a more relaxed ergonomic position compared to standard cart-bars.
Time-crunched grocery goers will also enjoy the more aerodynamic drops position. Cutting lap times by up to 20% and register sprints by a whopping 43%.
Being in the drops, I got to express checkout just ahead of Fred, lazily pushing from the hoods. Saved me MINUTES from his 5-items-too-many cart!

Off-Road Grocery Shopping?
Legacy carts will still be available for flat bar enthusiasts. Offering better control for rush hour jousting and off-road farmers markets.
